📍Session 1 » Project Introduction
Can you introduce yourself and your team please? We want get to know you and your team. What you did before crypto, and how you got into crypto?
ChainSeed Team: We are a group of investors made up of 15 investors and 2 Devs, who invested in several projects at the beginning, such as DuckDao, PolkStarter, Occam and BSCPad.
We want to use our skills in analyzing projects in Seed Round and Private Round to bring benefits to the project and its holders, this is the main idea of the ChainSeed project.
We operate in the crypto market as portfolio managers, and now with the great success of our team we have started this great project
Can you briefly describe what is ChainSeed? We would like to know more about it and how it works.
ChainSeed Team: For the past year, since the Defi explosion in Summer 2020, we have seen investors getting burned by private sales contributors. Most investors are left out and can only invest at an unfair rate in public sales or, even worse, on AMM once tokens are listed. This is why we decided to tokenize our private presales and seeds rounds investments in early crypto & blockchain projects. In other words, Chainseed is your hedge against the presales’ markets that currently takes place on various IDO platforms.
How was the idea to create this project born? It is very interesting. What do you want to achieve? What are your expectations?
ChainSeed Team: this project came up with the idea of allowing people to participate in private sales even with small capital, after investing in some private sales, we saw that it is a good field and that small investors would not be able to invest, so the idea came up to tokenize private sales

Can you give an overview of $CSEED Token tokenomics? Will the design of the token rise and fall with the success of the platform,does it include any scarce paths,such as equity, storage or burning?

CSEED Protocol
CSEED employs 3 simple functions: Reflection + LP acquisition + Burn In each trade, the transaction is taxed a 10% fee, which is split 2 ways.
5% fee = redistributed to all existing holders
5% fee is split 50/50 half of which is sold by the contract into BNB, while the other half of the CSEED tokens are paired automatically with the previously mentioned BNB and added as a liquidity pair on Pancake Swap.
Could you please provide some progress on your Roadmap and what results ChainSeed has achieved so far ? And any sneak peek into 2021 plans for ChainSeed?
ChainSeed Team: Yes, our first stage was successfully completed. We managed to close solid partnerships along our road map, we have already sent all documents requested for future listing in 2 major exchanges. And we managed to bring our project to the BEP20 network as it was a product that was missing and with much cheaper transaction fees than a competitor. For 2021 we have our script ready and we are following a streak.
What is the plan ChainSeed to ensure sufficient liquidity on exchanges to fill market orders, especially as adoption increases and clients begin multiplying year-over-year ?

As an individual user, what ways can I contribute to project growth? Do you have an ambassador program and what are its benefits?
ChainSeed Team: We have already developed a plan for this, it will select our best members for our project for other countries, so in addition to helping the project by being a holder, our members will have the opportunity to be part of the team.

Even a small bug on smart contracts can put users funds at risk. What steps will be take by Your project to secure it?
ChainSeed Team: We did the audit with Solid Group, as we recognize it as one of the best audits on the market and is a partner of Unicrypt. We followed all the recommendations that were passed on by them, and we were approved.

Without proper marketing and capital infusion, project dies, how do you convince us you have adequate marketing power and capital to push this project to the top project?
ChainSeed Team: In a very simple and clear way, with good management and solid and transparent partners. Our partners embraced our project with thirst and will, believing in all our applied work from the beginning so we will always have great active partners within the project bringing great development capacity

The gas fee on Ethereum blockchain is crazy high. Why did you decided to build your project on ETH? Any plan to incorporate with other Blockchainchain such as BSC?
ChainSeed Team: At Binance Smart Chain, you pay only $ 0.15- $ 0.3 for transactions. It turns out that many projects are almost paralyzed now, due to the high rates, people stop using a lot of Dapps. Although this is a trend, no one wants to overpay for x10-x30. So, instead of L2 solutions, expecting a drop in the price of ETH and the launch of ETH 2.0, we are making a great product here and now. Binance Smart Chain brings this option to the table.

How will Your Project convince people who has a little knowledge about crypto currency to partake in the project ?

Binance smart Chain blockchain is having high transaction speed and cheap gas fees, Are you planning to launch your mainet or switch to other blockchains in the future?
ChainSeed Team: Absolutely! New frontiers must be explored, when we have something good to offer this should go as far as possible, we are planning to migrate to Polygon and then solana and avalanche

in addition, our protocol works in a different way, all profits from private sales will be distributed in this way:
• 40% of all profits will be used to buy back & burn CSEED tokens on PancakeSwap.
• 45% of all profits will be reinvested.
• 15% of all profits go to Chainseed.
